Ingredients

Zucchini

Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the zucchini into one-cm thick slices.
Mix together the mashed garlic, butter, pepper and chopped parsley leaves.
Use a butter knife and spread the mixture evenly over the zucchini slices.
Top each slice with some grated cheese.
Line the prepared zucchini on a baking sheet.
Bake it for 10 minutes or until the zucchini turns golden brown.
Serve it with mayo on the side.
Notes
This recipe works best when paired with parmesan cheese.
