Roasted Aam Panna

Ingredients
- 2 green mangoes
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp chopped green chillies
- Water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Roast the mangoes on a stove top.
- Peel the skin off the mangoes and take the pulp out using a fork.
- In a pan, add the sugar and the water.
- Add the mango pulp into the sugar syrup.
- Add the cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt and green chillies.
- Cook until it reaches a nice sticky consistency and the spices are blended well.
- In a glass, take a teaspoon of the mango concentrate and top it with ice cubes and water.
- Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy.
